“Die Aktivität war okay. Leider wurde in der früh die Entscheidung getroffen, vom Strand mit Wellen zum Strand ohne Wellen zu wechseln. Als Begründung wurde die starke Strömung angeführt. Jedoch war hier der Hintergrund, dass es durch die Strömung wohl zu anstrengend gewesen wäre, den Unterricht durchzuführen. Lebensgefährdende Gründe wurden nicht angeführt. Surfen ohne Wellen macht nunmal keinen Spaß.”

“The representative from the company was friendly and easy to talk to. Olga, the cook was a gifted teacher who was able to help people with minimal culinary skills to reproduce Portugal’s most famous dessert! It was a fun session and we each made three pasteis de nata. Now that our holiday in Madeira is over, we have used the easy to follow recipe sheet which we were given, to cook sixty pasteis de nata for members of our dance school. A very worthwhile activity.”
